Fantastic experience: I've been training with Rhiannon @sculpt since she brought her expertise to the Discovery Coast. There is always a huge variety available, in equipment, fitness level, and classes and open gym times available. The staff are always ready with nutritional and supplement advice, extra challenges, and social events. Super welcoming place to train. ‍♀️‍♀️

Fantastic experience: My husband and I moved to Agnes Water in early 2024 and commenced initially working with Rhiannon doing personal training. My husband has had serious back issues and need a very tailored program to regain strength in his core and surround muscles. Within a couple of months he no longer had a sore back and was back to doing his outdoor sports which he loves! Rhiannon's knowledge and experience is absolutely amazing, every session is different so you never get bored with the same routine. I enjoy the variety of classes that is on offer from Sculpt, HIIT, yoga, Pilates, boxing. It has a lovely community feel and I have met a beautiful bunch of like minded people. Highly recommend this amazing gym!

Fantastic experience: So much diversity- sculpts classes consistency offer diversity for every one, any level of fitness. Classes can consist of high intensity work outs. Open gym sessions so you can do your own thing in your own way. Yoga, Pilates - Mat and reformer!!! Not to mention the kids classes. There is every type of equipment you can possibly imagine catering to any level from beginner to highly advanced. I highly recommend this business. Rhiannon and her entire team have created a beautiful community and welcomes every one with open arms.
