Negative experience: Disorganized, Unfair, and No Accountability — Avoid Unless You’re Ready to Be Blamed for Their Mistakes The service is absolutely terrible. There are no clear rules, and everything is run in a sloppy, inconsistent way. Staff members change every day, and each one gives different instructions. When I ask for clarification, they don’t go through ANY proper confirmation — just say, “YOU MUST HAVE HEARD IT WRONG.” For that reason, I strongly recommend communicating with staff ONLY IN WRITING. I told them I wanted to cancel. A staff member began explaining the cancellation process, but said she was busy and left to assist another customer. I assumed the cancellation was done. Later, I received a call saying it wasn’t completed, and that I had to come in and pay — whether I used the service or not. On top of that, I was told I had to pay a $15 late fee, because the payment was after my usual date. I felt this was unfair, but assumed it was policy and paid. (I found my Italian friend was in the exact same situation and was not charged the late fee.) Since I still wanted to cancel properly, I paid and filled out the cancellation form as instructed. The form included a calendar where I had to select a cancellation date. Since I had already paid — and even more than usual — I wanted to use the service up to the last day I had paid for. So I asked the staff member (a short woman) whether there was any difference between choosing today’s date or choosing the day just before my usual payment date. She said it didn’t make any difference — that I could just use the service for the period I had paid for and then stop coming. I double-checked with her, specifying the exact date and day, and she confirmed again with repeating the date and day and that it was fine. However, two days later, a different staff member named Jake told me I couldn’t use the service anymore because I had submitted the cancellation form. I explained that I was still within the PAID period and had confirmed this MULTIPLE times with the other staff member. I asked him to please check, because it seemed like I had once again been given the wrong information and was now being treated unfairly. But instead of helping, he spoke to me in a condescending and forceful tone, saying, “You definitely heard it wrong. Our staff would NEVER give incorrect instructions.” According to him, no need to check. staff are always right and if there’s a mistake, it’s always the customer’s fault. There is no accountability, no consistency, and no fairness in how this place operates. If you choose to use this service, I strongly recommend you document everything — and be prepared for confusion, contradictions, and blame shifting.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, super friendly staff and an amazing atmosphere. Plenty of classes to fit into anyone's schedule. I visited all the gyms in town and this one hands down ticked all the boxes!! Highly recommend.

Negative experience: If you want to use it 24/7, You have to pay 80$ for the key. They don’t offer refunds for the key when your membership ends.
