Fantastic experience: The difference in Co-Lab is the level of care its team puts into its clients – care for programs, care for form, and care for outcomes. As soon as you sign up you can tell you’re not another number but rather a member of the Co-Lab community and a joint-project for the team to ensure you are reaching your goals and full potential. When in the gym you’ll benefit from constant coaching which ensures you don’t fall into bad habits and also allows your to get the most out of your program (it’s like sharing a PT between six). Due to the personalised programming, level of attention and coaching advice in the gym you’re certain to see the results you are looking for, while the friendly community, great music and easy set up will have you excited to get back for the next session.

Fantastic experience: I have been Marek and Co-Lab Fitness for almost four full months. I have been training hard probably since 2001 and it is only the fifth time I have had a trainer during that time. It is only the second time that I have had a trainer in Australia. Marek designs a program for you each week depending on your abilities whilst building a base of more intermediate exercises. Co-Lab is limited to six people at a time in the gym facility so it is never crowded even during the high traffic mornings of 6am - 8am. Marek is responsive to questions asked and will help you perfect your technique when needed. This last one is the main reason why I have stayed at Co-Lab. As I have moved up in weight it is important to get the technique correct. Marek and the team (Alex, Lucy, Hannah) will watch you to ensure you are doing the exercise correctly, will remark on your technique and help correct it if needed. Whilst i am not a crossfit fanatic (I am a marathon runner), Marek will include WOD at the end of each session or a conditioning workout to help push you to the limit. Training is part of a lifetime of habits, like 8 hours of sleep, hydration and eating healthy. Finding the best first to help you train is the toughest part. But Marek does make it easier to achieve your goals of a healthy and balance life.

Fantastic experience: A great space to work out. The owner and main coach Marek, is very passionate about fitness and it is shown through his passionate to motivate individuals to challenge themselves and lead a healthier lifestyle. Always, a great workout that will get you sweating! All the members are also very welcoming, friendly and sociable. More of a community vibe than a typical gym vibe. 100% recommended dropping in and checking out the space!

Fantastic experience: Not ever have I trained and enjoyed myself so much before training at Co-Lab! I have followed Marek for a while now and have been training under his supervision at his previous gig and later with the help of his online coaching. As times goes by I love training more and more because I feel supported, included, motivated and see the positive results on my body and mind. Marek is very focused on your personal progression and you will feel individually supported throughout your whole journey. I was personally never a fan of group workouts and always preferred a one-on-one approach. You can sweat here with a bunch of others in their small classes or just by yourself. This is a great environment to feel included and where people legitimately care about you and your development no matter your gender, age or fitness level.

Fantastic experience: Co- Lab is an fantastic place to train! Marek and Lucy are extremely professional and go above and beyond in ensuring they offer a quality facility which is maintained to a high standard. The individualised program allows you to focus on your personal training goals, whilst the small group classes ensures you receive quality coaching and targeted feedback throughout your session. The combination of it's enthusiastic and knowledgeable coaches/owners and friendly, positive community makes Co-Lab a unique and enjoyable place to train.

Fantastic experience: Colabfit is an amazing new crossfit gym! Marek is an amazing trainer who is passionate about helping people and the crossfit community! If you’re looking to smash your goals, then this is the place for you - as programming is personalised, there is constant assistance with technique as well as nutrition help! Also the community that has been created is amazing - with every other client up for a chat and supporting one another ! The gym is a modern space, which aims to be environmentally sustainable - with all their products being ecologically friendly and sustainable! So if you’re looking for an individualised program, a passionate and inspiring trainer as well as a community that has one another backs whilst being environmentally friendly then colabfit is definitely worth the go !
