Fantastic experience: Great gym for boxing and cardio routines - unlike most places they have plenty of heavy bags and gear so you don't stand around waiting. There's a ring you can use, machine / free weight area, showers and outdoor space. Helpful team, friendly members, food, equipment for use or sale. Also, don't think I've seen a single "influencer" live streaming softcore OnlyFans content the entire 24 months I've been a member.

The trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful. The boxing classes are the best. They trainers are always close by to support. They run quarterly boxing challenges as well so you can always challenge yourself and experience being a boxer
