Fantastic experience: The team at F45 Training Rutherford instantly make you feel welcome as soon as you enter the doors, they work with you on your goals and support you the whole way. They cater for all fitness levels and there’s no pressure at all to Push outside of your comfort zone, I highly recommend this place if you want to train at an amazing studio with a great culture and supportive community and coaches you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Where do we start? To summarise, this place is fantastic. Not too long ago, both the wife and I drove past this place and we decided to make some enquires as we struggled with consistent regular gym attendance. As a result we were offered a 2 week unlimited class attendance trial with F45 Rutherford. We were contacted and advised how to book our first class which is done through an App. No pushy sale tactics, no rubbish, just genuine messages of “Hi and Welcome, book a class and we look forward to seeing you” Not long later, both of us booked and attended our first class. We were made to feel welcome and the trainer’s looked after us, while also introducing us to the way the class works. The session was hard work, fun, and engaging. We both finished the session feeling great. We have now finished our first week and attended 5 times and, we still have another full week of this trial. To top it off, the trial did not start until we booked our first class!!! Trust me, if you’re reading this review, go and give F45 a go, generous trial and great environment. You won’t regret it! Genuinely 1 on 1 PT session will set you back about $60 for 30min. Where for cheaper, this will get you unlimited classes a week! Thank you Pat, Andy and Paige! You guys are awesome!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of F45 for 3 years now. Coming from a person who was so scared to set foot in a gym, to going 7 days a week and sometimes twice a day. f45 and the Rutherford studio are so welcoming, they Cater for all levels of fitness and strength. Most comfortable and welcoming gym. Definitely recommend to try it out!!
