Fantastic experience: My first time was today, I did cardio drumming and it was amazing! It's so much fun, you don't even realize that you're actually doing cardio. The workouts are easy to follow and the environment is welcoming, there's no judgement allowed - just laugh and enjoy. The instructors are great as well :) I will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: In my two short months training here I've already achieved so much that I never thought my body (or my mind) could ever do. I genuinely enjoy exercise and I look forward to each and every session (anyone who knows me well will know what a big deal this is!). The super motivating environment, the always encouraging trainers and the awesome friends I'm making make this journey so much fun, and I can't wait to see what else my body can do with more time and practice! Fellow Springfielders, I 10/10 recommend this place to absolutely anybody, regardless of your age, weight, fitness levels etc, as you will be made to feel welcome no matter what, just as I have been.
