Fantastic experience: Truly the best gym community I have ever been a part of, and I cannot recommend it enough. The entire team are welcoming, kind and constantly energetic, and the trainers go above and beyond to meet your needs and help you reach your goals.

Fantastic experience: I have found BodiFit Menai to be a really supportive atmosphere with friendly members and staff. The structured timetable and range of classes available keep me accountable and motivated. The programmed workouts are fun & challenging, and trainers are knowledgeable and client-centred to ensure that each workout is suitable for you, that you are progressing in your goals, and completing exercises safely. Couldn't recommend BodiFit Menai highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I have recently joined bodifit and thoroughly enjoy my time there! The classes are so varied, there is no risk of getting bored as it’s always so different. The trainers are fantastic, very welcoming and they have easily modified exercises for me, to cater for an injury I’ve been battling with. The classes are small so you get to know everyone and you aren’t just a number. The kids area is wonderful and I love that I can get a workout in, even if I have my children. Thanks to Leah and the team at bodifit for creating such a great community!
