Fantastic experience: Heidi is very caring and empathetic with an encyclopaedic knowledge of the human body and the appropriateness of diverse levels of a fitness regime to adapt to varying levels of ability. As a direct result of Heidi’s training, my balance, mobility, strength, endurance, and overall health and fitness have all improved markedly. My bone density levels are better and most Importantly I have not progressed to Osteoporosis. The class atmosphere is friendly and welcoming and the after exercise social interaction over a coffee provides added friendship and support. So, no matter your level of fitness or the stage of your life journey. if you want to improve your health and outlook, come along to one of Heidi’s classes. I guarantee you will not regret it and the benefits are immeasurable.
Fantastic experience: I have been attending Healthy Bones 4Us classes as well as weekly personal training sessions with Heidi for well over 12 months now after finding out my bone density was too low. What I love about the classes is there are no two classes the same. Heidi mixes up the exercises each session which keeps it interesting and not repetitive. The hour passes quickly with lots of encouragement and expert guidance from Heidi as well as many laughs amongst the ladies. Having the personal training session has assisted me to also improve my strength as well as my general fitness.Heidi's ability to adapt different exercises to cater for my recent injury got me back on track quickly. I find Heidi to be extremely knowledgeable, very professional and would recommend her classes to anyone out there over 60 considering starting an exercise program.

Fantastic experience: Heidi has been a great help to me. She has amazing knowledge and her expertise is phenomenal. I have been attending Heidi's Zoom Stretch classes as well as the Healthy Bone classes for the last one year. My fitness and agility has improved ten fold. We have fun in the classes and Heidi is also a great Motivator. I am most thankful to Heidi for my improved fitness and agility.

Fantastic experience: Heidi has been my personal trainer for the last three months. I find her very knowledgeable and dedicated. Heidi helped me improve my flexibility, mobility and physical development. Being in the 60+ age group its heartening to have a PT who understands the importance of muscular flexibility for us. I recommend anyone seeking a PT to give Heidi a go.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Heidi for over 10 years. She is just like one of my family. She is totally professional and has an extremely extensive and thorough knowledge of all thing's fitness. She keeps me fit and strong so I can meet all of life's physical challenges. I highly recommend you see for yourself!
Fantastic experience: Joining the Healthy Bones classes has been the best thing I’ve done for myself in years. Heidi is a wonderfully friendly, knowledgeable and supportive trainer. There is no pressure to ‘keep up’ or any judgement about individual abilities. Heidi is acutely aware of all of our particular body issues! It’s like having personal training within a group session. The cameraderie with the other ladies, and the coffee afterwards fulfil another important need as we get older, that is the need for social interaction. I also do the online stretch classes from my back verandah. Sometimes my little dog gets in on the action as well A great way to start the day. Thank you Heidi.

Fantastic experience: Heidi has helped me get back into training after hip and shoulder injuries sidelined me from exercise for almost 2 years. We started in a manageable way that ensured the right foundations were re-established and that I could avoid injury/flare-ups while also building my strength and fitness. I now have good strength and fitness, and am enjoying getting into different group activities Heidi is organising - such as our recent kayaking adventure. It was great exercise, but also fun and the beautiful local waterways provided a lovely opportunity to get back to nature.
Oh thanks Sam for your review, I've only just seen this only 37 weeks later. Technology is obviously not my forte however when it comes to health, fitness and wellbeing now this is more up my alley. Thanks for your kind words. :)
