Fantastic experience: Amazing staff! My first F45 class and i was nervous having been inactive during covid. But they (Harry, Sarah - i hope that's her name..and Dale) were very encouraging and they make you feel so welcomed with guidance and support. And the place is spacious and very clean. Loved it!
