Fantastic experience: What an incredible place to train. The open armed welcome and mateship made me feel I’d being training with the crew and other members for years. What a place to feel at home and release stress while getting fit and feeling relaxed talking about things I bottle up everyday.

Fantastic experience: I was encouraged to attend a Sunday session by Mr Noppert. Being not much of a boxer I arrived apprehensive. I was met by big smiles and a welcoming vibe. After a motivational speaker we all trained to our individual level and being pumped up by mates I ended up flogging myself. At the end of the session we all shook hands and shared breakfast. I spent the rest of Sunday energised. Bro Fit have captured something awesome at their gym and I would strongly encourage everyone to attend a session.
