Negative experience: I was a client at easy exercise for over 2 years and during this time I made long lasting friendships but to see the treatment from the owners to 4 colleagues speaking in a demeaning and disgusting manner I felt I could no longer be part of this toxic environment , yes there is a very strict dress code to which we all tried to abide but sometimes clothes slip and a small amount of skin is exposed but I don’t see it as a health hazard as we also use towels on all equipment It’s a shame that some of these ladies and gentlemen need this exercise to aid in their mobility and termination of their membership came as quite a shock in a text with no prior warnings, so disappointing that you as the owners of these clinics can treat the elderly in this manner.

Fantastic experience: Easy Exercising has help my husband so much. This package has given him back not only his mobility but also a social group that he can interact with and enjoy. He love his exercise time with this friendly knowledgeable positive group. He has achieved and continues to have physical improvement from their taylored exercise program. Thank you Easy Exercising

Fantastic experience: Easy Exercising is Amazing as the service is of High Standards. You wear full body cover from long sleeves to gloves socks long pants for hygiene and own towel on machines which has been good since many viruses going around. And supervised programs tailored to suit each individuals needs. I love going because everyone welcomes you When you walk in for your session and when you leave and its a good atmosphere. And we get together for morning teas if you want. Is so good you make many friends for life here. Is nothing like a gym. Good for elderly not mobile. Or people who have disabilities. Highly Recommend EASY EXERCISING!! I have improved so much in my mobility. Jessica and Andrea who run the business are amazing people.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Easy Exercise for over 5 years now. I go because I know I should move the body, but being typically a lazy person, exercise is not something I do. I don't like sweating, and I don't like exertion. So, finding something that I will actually do is a big deal. I have found going to Easy exercise has helped me keep the body moving without the exertion I hate and also no sweat. The machines do all the work for me, but surprisingly, it does actually help the body move. This type of exercise is not cardiovascular, so if that's what you want, then go to a gym. This type of exercise helps your body from being so stiff and sore. Therefore, you are able to get out of the car easier or pick up those items from the floor. I personally have witnessed people starting and having to walk in with a walking stick, but gradually, that's no longer needed. There is a strict dress code, but it is necessary to keep the equipment clean. I, for one, am happy that I know when I get on the machine, I'm protected. After all, we do know how easy it is to catch viruses, skin conditions, etc. So cover up, and you're fine. Highly recommended to get moving and make new friends.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to easy exercising for the past 5 years. I have a disability and really enjoy the program,this has truely saved me being in the wheel chair all of the time. I'm able to still do some walking all thanks to easy exercising . I have seen the changes the owners and staff have introduced to keep us all safe and the clinic hygienic and a safe enjoyable place. A dress code was implemented which I'm extremely grateful as this keep me safe. I just wished other clients appreciated the efforts which have been made to keep up safe. Thank you Andrea and Jessica and staff.

Negative experience: I've been a member of Easy Exercise for approximately two years and have cherished the friendships and positive atmosphere within the community. However, my experience has been marred by disrespectful, and demeaning treatment from the owners. Their behaviour has been so egregious that I've made the difficult decision to terminate my membership. It's disheartening to leave behind the friendships and progress I've made, but the toxicity of the owners' conduct was intolerable. I urge the owners to reflect on their behaviour and strive for a more respectful environment for all members. Until then, I cannot in good conscience recommend Easy Exercise to others.

Fantastic experience: It's the best. I love it. I've been for 7 months and will go forever I hope. It's been excellent given I had to build my muscle integrity after having chronic fatigue from mitochondrial failure. Great equipment that moves all your muscles. You start slow and progress to higher speeds and equipment. The roller is excellent too, it takes my pain away and massages the lymph glands. I love how the easy exercising machines align my body and gets all the muscles activated. Come along, we are all friendly and lots of sessions to chose from. I'm a big fan as you can see.
