Frank's Gym Perth

Fantastic experience: Wanna get into powerlifting? How about Strongman? This is the gym to do it. Great staff, and great members, with all the equipment you need to become an absolute unit. Ive never regretted doing sessions here. And there's a dog. I'd give a 6th star just for that if I could.

Fantastic experience: Super gorgeous gym with great equipment and trained staff on hand. I am a plus-size woman, strength athlete, and have some sensory issues, and this is the best gym I've ever been to and would definitely recommend it to anyone similar to me or otherwise. I really struggle with the chain gyms that have super loud music and very niche equipment, but this gym is awesome. They are super inclusive in regards to age, body types, and skill level and there's an excellent range of equipment available. Also as someone who occasionally has pretty bad anxiety, having such friendly people and a very friendly dog nearly always present has been a godsend. I've found staff at other gyms can be super pushy, and full on, but the staff here have always been really kind and always good at reading the room. I have come here before just to do ten minutes on the bike and pat the dog, and there's zero judgment or "better than thou" vibes.

Just go down for a casual session with you and the bar or have a chat with Anthony or Jane for some personal training/coaching. No time like now to become the better you.
