Fantastic experience: Absolutely love training at The Fitness Refinery! The trainers are extremely friendly and run an amazing variety of classes. It’s a gym where I feel supported and motivated to train, while being surrounded by a great bunch of people who are not judgemental and encourage each other to be the best version of themselves!

Fantastic experience: Have never been a "gym person"until I started here. The classes are varied and suit all levels. From the beginner with modifications needed (like to me) to the super fit. I have gone from doing nothing to going four/ five times a week and I love it. Thankyou to Blake, Colleen, Lara and Jamie for creating such a great atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: This gym has some of the best trainers in it’s facility. Seeing them develop from their days in a previous gym, to now growing their own business and dedicating themselves to their clients and the process is unreal to witness firsthand. The family culture at this gym is unmatched and you are guaranteed to fit right in. A beautiful gym with beautiful people to match, can’t really say a bad word!

Fantastic experience: Great gym in Sutherland. I have been training with Colleen and Blake for some time now, and they opened their new premises in 2021. All the equipment is new, the classes varied, and many time options. It's a lovely community feel, very unpretentious, and so friendly. Highly recommend this gym!

Fantastic experience: Recently started a 3 class trial at the fitness refinery sutherland and found my self loving the place! The workouts are challenging, there’s a variety of classes at different times and everyone’s so friendly! Would highly recommend this to patrons of all fitness levels. I’ve just signed up and looking forward to seeing the progress I make in the coming months!

The gym offers high quality equipment and a huge range of classes to suit everyone from beginners to seasoned gym goers. There is a fantastic community feel facilitated by exceptional trainers.
