F45 Training Ashgrove

Fantastic experience: F45 Ashgrove is the best gym I've ever been to. The community there are so welcoming. The trainers and the owner Paul are always very accommodating, warm and encouraging. I've never been a part of a gym where the members were so involved in the decisions made there and the inclusiveness of the team outside of F45. This gym is definitely a family and I've appreciated it so much! I've learnt so much here and made some really good friends. I would recommend it over and over again. Thanks for being amazing.

Fantastic experience: I have been training at F45 Ashgrove for over a year now. Friendly, knowledgeable and supportive trainers! They are always ensuring technique is correct and checking in to make sure you are keeping on track with your goals. I enjoy the variety of resistance and cardio based workouts. No day is ever the same. It is the first gym I have ever gone to where I have seen amazing results! Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Love that I don’t have to think when I go to the gym. Staff are all so nice and really friendly. I like the way they take the time to check in on you to see how you are with not only workouts but also general well-being. Also nice to go to gym and have a bit of fun while you are getting a solid workout.

Fantastic experience: Hi Team F45 Ashgrove Legends, You guys are amazing Paul and Jordan ( trainers), they train you very well, no matter if it is your first time like me, and if you not doing right they correct you. I joined this week and I’m already loving it and loving the support, care and motivation. I’ll def, highly recommend Ashgrove one, for any new bees like me and would also recommend their challenge as well, which I’ll be starting from next week. Fantastic experience: The F45 Ashgrove crew are amazing! The trainers are really friendly and professional, and provide great support / motivation throughout the workout session. The studio is always clean and maintained at a high standard to ensure safety and health of all members. The group training atmosphere in the studio is fantastic and really inspires you to do your best. F45 Ashgrove provides excellent information and resources to ensure that you achieve your personal goals. The F45 Challenge is a great initiative that provides you with an opportunity to really focus, tone up and be fitter / healthier which I have personally benefited from.
