Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Siobhan for more than four months and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Every session is challenging, motivating, and tailored to my personal fitness goals. Siobhan has a great ability that push me beyond my limits while ensuring proper form and safety throughout. Fantastic experience: I started working with Siobhan after I completely ruptured my acl. Working with her is what I owe my successful and quick recovery to. Not only that she made me strong and fit. Post recovery I continued with Siobhan to get stronger and fitter in the gym. I couldn’t recommend her more or be more grateful to have worked with her. One of the best PTs in Sydney!
Fantastic experience: I have had a great experience training with Siobhan, she has helped me set out clear goals that I wanted to reach, and created a tailored training and nutrition plan to help me reach this. While training with Siobhan I have been able to improve my strength beyond what I thought I could and see real progress that I haven’t reached before. Fantastic experience: Thanks to Siobhan I now feel much more confident in the gym, using the equipment and generally knowing what to do. She has taught me so much about nutrition, tracking macros and how that under eating does not always equal weight loss. I feel stronger now than I ever have done, she really pushes you to your limits with great encouragement and accountability. I would highly recommended Siobhan as a PT. Fantastic experience: Siobhan is a true professional and health leader empowering you with the knowledge and tools so you can understand and breakdown unhealthy habits, replacing them with much better choices. In unison with this, Siobhan will push you with fun and effective workouts, inc regimes to undertake by yourself. She's great at holding you to account and keeping ontop of your data and stats. After only a few months I'm looking and feeling great because of our work together.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Siobhan for PT the last 7 months and she is amazing! I am the happiest I’ve ever been in my body and have so much more knowledge in nutrition and working out thanks to Siobhan. Siobhan is a great motivator and I look forward to seeing her every week. She pushes me to the best of my ability. Siobhan is great for checking in and updating workout plans so you never get bored!

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy doing my PT sessions with Siobhan. She has a great sense of humour which makes me look forward to my sessions and always ensures my technique is correct to avoid any injuries. On initial consultation Siobhan went through what I wanted to work on so each plan she sets out is very specific to the individual. I couldn’t recommend her enough.
Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Siobhan for the past year and a half and can say I am now happily in the best shape of my adult life. Siobhan is a caring and detailed trainer who has tailored training and nutrition programs to my needs and goals as I have gained confidence and strength over the past year.
