Fantastic experience: I’ve been training online with Victoria for a year and half now, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the experience. Vic is my daughter-in-law and brings such passion and expertise to every session. Her personalized workout plans and nutrition advice have made a significant difference in my fitness journey, I’m coming on 70 and her knowledge to support my bone health and mobility has been essential in maintaining my active lifestyle. The online platform is seamless, making it easy to stay on track from home. I’m grateful for her support and the positive impact on my health. I highly recommend Genetics Fitness Training for anyone seeking a caring, professional, and flexible approach to fitness. Thank you for everything, lots of love Lorraine (mum)!
Fantastic experience: Vicki Johnson has always had a passion for nutrition and fitness. She has always had an inquisitive nature in how nutrition affects both the physical body and the mental outlook of an individual. She has always used various forms of fitness activity to keep in shape from tennis, jogging, bike riding to lifting weights recognizing one needs to have a balanced approach to fitness. She understands the connection between nutrition, fitness and ones mental outlook and the influences each has on an individual. She combines her knowledge and passion with a great work ethic to meet the needs of her clients.
Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend Vic in any service she offers (eg Menopause, personal training). I have been a client of hers for almost 1 year, participating in a small group class. Staying motivated to go to a gym has been an issue in the past, but not with Vic’s classes. She makes it so easy to enjoy, with her vibrant, cheery energy every time and the variety of exercises and nutrition ‘nuggets’ so it never gets boring. There is a professionalism and dedication to her client’s health journey, so you feel supported and encouraged at all times. I have appreciated her encompassing latest research about nutrition and lifestyle, so it is much more than just a gym class. Shows strongly her dedication to improvement and professional growth, upskilling her professional knowledge and utilising her school teaching degree. You can see how this translates in her careful planning of the classes, her short bite size PowerPoint presentations (when applicable) and online communication. I admire how with different clients she can quickly gauge and attune to clients’ needs and meet them where they are at (even if that is different each week). She recognises how much information to give so as not to overload the client and give fun, easy manageable steps and reinforcement. Like for example a newbie to exercise or like myself dealing with a reoccurring injury or feeling mentally exhausted.

Fantastic experience: My partner and I have really enjoyed our training program and sessions with Victoria over the last several months. The program is well structured for our needs based on an assessment. My musculoskeletal system and mobility are definitely improving and my "dodgy" knee and niggly back better than than have been for a long time. Victoria is always positive, enthusiastic and motivating, but still focused on improvement. One of the best things we have done in a while.

Fantastic experience: Vic is one in a million. As a client in both Vic's Gym and currently Women in Menopause programme, I would encourage all females to jump on board. Vic has a genuine interest in helping her clients to succeed at the pace best suited to the particular client. Fantastic experience: I reached out to Victoria because I needed help strengthening and stabilising my legs and abductors to help with horse riding. Even being a new sport for Victoria she didn't hesitate to jump on and researching the best way to help my riding. Since starting training with her a few months ago I feel much stronger and confident in the saddle.

Fantastic experience: After consulting numerous practitioners and pain specialists for over 12 months (to find relief for my chronic neck pain caused by an accident which meant I could no longer drive or fulfil my everyday activities), Victoria was recommended to me, just as I was beginning to accept this would be the new norm. With her kind and caring approach, Victoria guided me through epigenetic coaching with personalised exercises and changes that brought me almost immediate relief. Fantastic experience: I've achieved the most progress I ever have in my entire life with Vic. She keeps me accountable, encouraged and motivated, and I always feel supported knowing I can come to her for anything about form, nutrition and general fitness. She's always got the brightest smile and always listens intently to meet my needs, my goals, and most importantly what I'd benefit from the most according to my genetic make up. Fantastic experience: Prior to working with Victoria I had been doing my own thing here and there, my fitness has never been consistent as I would’ve liked. I had known Victoria from attending CrossFit classes, since then she’s moved into her business and I jumped at the opportunity to be coached by her. Thank goodness I did! She has been such an amazing coach! So engaged and love her energy! Gives constructive feedback and tips/advice, very supportive and just genuinely cares. Her programming is based on your health type which is something new to me and not heard of before. Which also goes in line with what your goals are. Every cycle has been great, as she switch things up but also keeps the primary exercise as the main thing. I highly recommend! If your after a fitness coach who is also qualified in nutrition Victoria is your gal! My fitness journey has been going strong and consistent thanks to her :)

Fantastic experience: Victoria's training style is the perfect blend of motivation and encouragement when she knows you have more to give, and flexible when you don't. No matter what mood or ability level I was in on a given day, Victoria was able to meet me where I was and get the best out of me. She's incredibly dedicated trainer, who really wants to see the best in all of her clients and is focused on getting you to reach your goals safely.
