Fantastic experience: Great trainers and good enough equipment.

Fantastic experience: Favourite gym I have been to. Very accomodating staff and friendly clientele make it the perfect place to ensure motivation is maintained and goals are met. Lots of space for a CrossFit with high ceilings that accommodate rope climbs. Running is usually done on the road in a wide industrial estate.

Fantastic experience: Best place in the local area for group fitness training, very knowledgeable coaches and members happily welcome you to the family. Don't assume you need to be "fit" to do crossfit, it is scalable to any fitness level and the coaches tailor all workouts to your level. Amazing gym.

Fantastic experience: Been coming here since 2014, love this place it's like a second family and they have made me the strongest and fittest I've ever been at nearly 50 years old!
