Fantastic experience: The women who work at Boandik are so kind and cheery, and gentle with my 91 year old mum. The girls bring mum's meds in at the beginning and end of each day. They love their work. I can tell. A big thank you from me, the oldest daughter, age 61. Hoping for a great rest of my life toooo.

Positive experience: 1st day I had a negative impression of the caring of a resident and a big problem with communication important information. 3rd day a negative attitude and the same person complaining about rules and regulations. not a good Impression for new people.
