Fantastic experience: I've waited until almost the last day of the year to reflect on my journey with Steve at Fitter after 40. The end of the year is a good time to reflect on achievments and learnings that have occured. So here goes 1) Lost 26kgs 2) Old clothes don't fit anymore 3) Serious clarity of thought occuring along the way 4) I'm ok wearing a rash shirt at the beach this summer! 5) I'm a better me Why... the programme and journey I have embarked on with Steve has encouraged me to be disciplined and develop the best habits for my longevity and continued love & enjoyment of my family Jump on ... its a great journey

Fantastic experience: I have known Steve “Robbo” Roberts for many years, in fact he was our groomsman. In the early days we done all types of training, from cross fit, weights and boxing. Unfortunately for me, the last ten or so years had taken its toll, in a big way. I work as the CEO of a power & lithium corporation located in the United States, there’s a lot of stress, hours, travel, hotels, and dinners which are all very demanding. None of this of course, is offset by healthy food options and exercise, so the death-spiral happened, stress increased, booze increased, and the weight pilled on, honestly before I realized. The sad truth is that blokes like me, who are out there having a crack and trying to get ahead, our health & wellbeing takes a hit! For me, something had to give, and luckily it did. I’ve witnessed the massive changes Robbo has made in a bunch of blokes just like me during his programs over the years. So, I thought fu#k it, I’m calling him. Today, I just completed a 6-week program. From my perspective, this was a total commitment to a complete change of lifestyle, not a fad bullshit diet, it’s a tough task. So, I went through a bunch of tests, Q&A, back and forth with Robbo, at the end he stripped it all back to basics and he wrote a very personalized program, and hooked me up with an app. I went full carnivore and followed the program to the letter of his law. As they say, sugar is more addictive than heroin and I reckon that must be true, shit! I was essentially detoxing 50 plus years of crap out of my body, I can tell you the first 2-weeks was very rough. A big part of this is transitioning from sugars to protein & fats, as a fuel source. The other part of the process is fasting, regular exercise, stretching etc., basically following protocols on the app, including regular reports and calls with Robbo. I don’t know much about the science, but I can tell you that if you hang in for there for the first 2-weeks, it will all come together. Trust me it gets much easier, it’s worth it, and the results will show. The biggest result for me personally has been my mental clarity, basically my ability to solve problems is off the charts! Stress levels are practically gone, my skin cleared up, I dropped 12-kilos, and suddenly I’m the strongest I’ve been in the gym, since my 20’s - I can’t explain any of that? The real bonus while batching it here in the U.S., is that shopping is so dam easy; steaks, chops, roasts, fish, eggs etc., one basket, I mean how good! All bullshit aside - I highly recommend Robbo’s program to anyone who is really (needs to be) committed, and serious about a complete lifestyle change for the better! So good to hear from men who are crazy busy and have all the excuses under the sun NOT to do anything for their health, but you do. What a comeback you have made in 2023 from a near-death plane crash, to water skiiing. If it's anyone who deserved MORE HEALTH & wealth, it's the men who put their hand up, commit to being led and don't stop, even when there's beer in the fridge. Fantastic experience: Robbo really knows his stuff and has helped me get back on track with health and vitality in a very short space of time.. as I write this, I’ve lost almost 20kg in weight and feel stronger and have more energy than I have felt in years.. I turn 61 next week and now I know I can choose to be as healthy and strong as I want to be as I continue heading north. ‘Old age’ is no excuse any more and Robbo and his program make it fun and keep me on track. I highly recommend Robbo as he is obsessive about health and fitness, makes it a holistic experience and walks the walk himself. If you are thinking about joining, don’t - just do it!!! Fantastic experience: Having wanted to shift 10 kgs for close to 20 years, I signed up with Steve. 3 things happened, I lost the 12 KGs (and relatively easily at that), I met a bunch of blokes that all have different battles who were a amazing support network whilst losing the weight and finally the weight has stayed off (for 12 months now) with learned processes of maintaining my weight that again are relatively simple. I cannot recommend Steve and his program any more highly. If you want to lose weight, get fitter, feel body confident again, stop the excuses (as I had plenty) and get on board.

Fantastic experience: Hi Gents Down 3.5kg! Was hoping for a little more but I think the best thing for me is, that even at 50, I’ve been able to prove to myself that I can and will continue to lose weight. The clarity of thought and confidence this has giving me, is more than the numbers could ever show. Thank you Steven Roberts for proving that you can teach an old dog new tricks. Surprisingly, I don’t even feel that hungry. I was expecting after 32 hours of fasting there was no way a two egg omelette and a sausage would fill me up!! Fantastic experience: I was extremely fortunate to walk the Kokoda track with Steve Roberts and 9 great mates in April 2019. This challenge would have to go down as a lifetime highlight for me. The exercises were great & challenging & the Menu plan was excellent.. if you are thinking of getting back into some sort of routine then this is for you. Steve Roberts provided me with great feedback & encouragement. as I have let myself go again over the festive season I will be getting back into the program once again, as I had more energy & was feeling great. Fantastic experience: I started training with Stevo after a back injury. I was feeling uncomfortable and unsure about getting back into exercise but Stevo taught me variations as well as correct techniques to reduce the chance of injuries in the future. Furthermore, having the guide online is very beneficial as it allows you to exercise even when you're away from your daily routine. I always go back to Stevo's Fitty After Forty guide when I need to get back into my workout regime and it works like a charm every time. I would not hesitate to recommend Stevo and his online programs to anyone. Stevo is the real deal and if you were serious about improving your health then this is the person to turn to.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Steve and his team at Taurus Trainer for around 6 months. I originally started going for the boxing sessions as I thought it might be fun to try something I hadn’t done before. I enjoyed it so much I added additional classes and now attend most evening sessions. I also participated in a 7 week ‘Spring-time Special’ offer which included a fitness appraisal, tools to help me achieve my specific goals and one-on-one PT sessions. Steve ensures my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries and to get the most out of each session. He also modifies the set exercises to allow for me to continue to train if I am experiencing an injury of any sort. Every session is challenging, has variety & is, oddly, fun (but don’t tell him I said that!). Taurus Trainer is reliable, punctual & always set up & ready to start training ahead of time with an exercise routine planned. A demonstration of each exercise is always given to ensure participants know how to perform the exercises correctly and to get maximum benefits from them. It didn’t matter what level of fitness I was at the start as there was always an option to be able to participate and complete each exercise at my own pace and progress as I got stronger and fitter. Steve has a strong ‘on-line’ presence and is extremely knowledgeable in his field of expertise, providing excellent health and fitness tips, motivation, encouragement, advice and he communicates promptly to my enquiries. Since starting training at Taurus Trainer my fitness has increased dramatically, my physique has changed noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I recommend Taurus Trainer to anyone looking to start on or improve on their fitness goals.
