Fantastic experience: This is the best group training gym I've ever been to, and I've tried nearly all of them. The main reason is that the trainers actually know what they're talking about and become invested in getting you good results. The programs are excellent and there is a real community atmosphere. Can't recommend highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Completely worth the money. Has been the best decision for our health to commit to coming regularly. I love that you don't have to think about what you're going to do beforehand, you just rock up, give it your best, and then you can tick 'exercise' off your list for the day. Great mix of functional exercises, and conventional strength and cardio. Instructors are friendly and motivating, and people from all walks of life come here to train. Give it a go

Fantastic experience: Been going to this place for the last year and half. Done wonders getting me motivated again and train consistently. The heartrate monitor they sell keeps me accountable, the people are welcoming and the trainers motivating. Would recommend to check the place out.

Fantastic experience: The BFT team Fremantle have helped me so much in achieving an improved level of fitness and healthy lifestyle. The group are a fun bunch of people, it really feels like you working out with a team who are always pushing each other to go harder and get better. The trainers are super helpful, motivating and encouraging. For a loud mouth like me they have made me feel so welcome and motivated to turn up every day… sometimes twice a day! There is great range and balance of challenging resistance, strength and cardio sessions. Each session is different. I highly recommend this studio!

Fantastic experience: For me it's the perfect mix of cardio and strength training!!! Before I started working out at BFT, I never did cardio at the gym because spending an hour on the treadmill is sooo boring. With BFT, cardio is so much more fun and a 50 minute class flies by! Plus, you get to meet new people every day and it feels so much more personal than a regular gym.

Fantastic experience: If you love to keep your workouts fresh and challenging you gotta try BFT. From serious cardio to complex weighted movements every part of your body will be targeted in a range of circuits that make sense. The crew will make you run, twist, lift, skip, push, pull, stretch, hold and slam all for the benefit of your heath, fitness and range of movement. Get on it!!!
