Negative experience: very bad customer service! Specially Tom who works on reception . He was there yesterday Wednesday 20/11/24 at 5 pm. He is not professional and doesn’t care about community or how to build a long term sustainable one! I would love to have a call from management if they care about the place which is supposed to be a community sports center and employees should reflect that as well!

Negative experience: Bad customer service specially the guy he is working at the moment(20/11 5:40 pm ) his name Tom not helpful at all

Negative experience: It’s frustrating . N number of times I have seen , no matter what time of the day you call, they just don’t pick up. Even after giving a gap of an hour or so still no answer. Rest everything is perfect but you can’t go every time to book or discuss about the matter . Wonder why even they bother having a phone .

Fantastic experience: Good place for multisport on Thursday, smallish, but enough for solid competitions! Parking on the street is sufficient too!

Fantastic experience: Nice gym , everyone is very welcoming and have a great selection of gym equipment. Would definitely recommend.

Negative experience: Lovely place but the gymnastics program has a really mean teacher. I had to quit last year because of the gym teacher, their daughter Michelle is great though. So sweet! It also has barely any equipment for the gymnastics. Would not recommend for kids that are frightened of mean teachers, wouldn't actually recommend in general.

Fantastic experience: Just started working out, and I already see myself coming back here for a long time. The atmosphere is very encouraging, so are the instructors.

Fantastic experience: Love the North Sydney PCYC. There are a large variety of classes at different times and it has a great atmosphere. It's not upmarket and is kind of old fashioned which makes it feel relaxed.
