Negative experience: Staff do not interact with their clients, always look very unapproachable. turns down new clientele and i had witnessed a verbal argument they had exchanged with a poor young lady. extremely unprofessional, DO NOT GO.

Positive experience: First session doing group fitness cricket strength and conditioning and felt the mental and physical challenges which come along pushing yourself past your limits. Great environment and wonderful experience everso wanting more.
