Fantastic experience: Kirsten is AMAZING! Those words say it all. I would not have been able to achieve what I have in the amount of time without her encouragement. I have gone from a couch potato to someone who lifts weights I never thought I could. Highly recommend Kirsten
Fantastic experience: Kirsten is a wizard of body movement and improvement. Since becoming a regular of hers I've seen substantial improvements in my strength and lost plenty of weight all while being trained in a friendly and easy going environment that wouldn't typically be found in a standard gym setting. Kirsten provides a personalised and adaptable training program that will fit any and all persons, I highly recommend giving her a try!

Fantastic experience: Kirsten is a great personal trainer! She works with you to ensure technique is correct and really challenges and motivates you. This is the first weights training I have done and after 12 weeks I can already see improvements in my strength which really motivates me to keep working with Kirsten.
