Fantastic experience: Just completed my second week of training at Fitstop Ringwood. 3 sessions per week. Feeling great! The sessions are short, effective and pack a punch! Trainers very supportive and motivating. Love the friendly atmosphere Ash, Tim and the rest of the team have created. Can't wait
