Fantastic experience: The F45 Sunbury team are absolutely amazing both in and out of the studio! I just want to give these guys a shoutout for the effort, enthusiasm, resilience and support they have provided not only members, but the wider community during the hardship of lockdown. Every day theses guys show up and stream a new workout that is recorded and made available for members to tap into. As a member, I have continued my training as normal during lockdown.
