Fantastic experience: Cass and trainers and team all so supportive and encouraging! Being extremely overweight and not having exercised in a number of years, I was supported to go my own pace and adapted to meet me where I was at. Fantastic experience: Since beginning a new fitness journey with F45 Training Victor Harbor about 3 1/2 years ago I can honestly say it has changed my life! My strength and fitness has improved significantly but it’s gone beyond that - the coaches have been incredible in the way they encourage and coach; I’ve learnt more about nutrition and how to manage my calories to support this lifestyle! And more importantly my mental health and family life have changed with a more positive outlook! F45 Training Victor Harbor is a supportive community with incredible coaches! Fantastic experience: I was a bit skeptical about joining F45 and working out in a group setting, but I quickly realised it's one of the best parts about it. The energy in the Victor Harbor studio is always great, the workouts are different every time to keep it interesting, and the trainers are super encouraging and hype you up no matter your strength or fitness level. Come have a try, you won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: Went 4 times whilst holidaying down at Port Elliot. I reached out via email & F45 VH were responsive & accommodating. The studio is large with lots of natural light & the big entry doors can be opened to let in fresh air if necessary. Very convenient location as it's next to a supermarket & lots of parking available. When the class was busy, the trainers made it clear as to the next station to go to & the exercises required, so this helped things run smoothly. Finally & importantly, the vibe at the studio is a positive buzz. Thank you F45 VH!
