Strength Sports Gym

Negative experience: Signed up for online coaching with Nick/SSG I found communication to be horrible - had to chase up to just get the bare minimum effort. I understand Nick has other clients and don't expect instant replies. But in the first 2 weeks, I basically received a spreadsheet with no explanation, no actual advice or feedback (even after sending him videos and extra information).

Fantastic experience: I train with nick for about 2 years mostly online. I love that Nick paid attention to the details of all aspects of my life not just the gym to create a program that works for me and my lifestyle. I had another powerlifting coach prior and I felt like he didn't really put much into me and it was so refreshing when I changed over to Nick. He gave me PB's on all my lifts with each program I did. My bench got to 71kg 1RM (a year prior was 62kg) & got my 1RM squat from 95kg to 120kg in 2 years!!!

Fantastic experience: Strength Sports Gym is the best strength and powerlifting gym in Brisbane. I would highly recommend the 1-on-1 coaching and programming offered by any of the experienced strength coaches at SSG. The variety and quality of equipment for powerlifting, strongman and general health and fitness is awesome. You have to check it out!
