Shaun and Dan are extremely knowledgeable and have a great approach to programming and coaching. Whereby they make adjustments to your current form and technique instead of forcing their way. Don't train anywhere else!

Doesnt matter your discepline they are kitted out for all. Add in an in house supplement supply, sauna and the caffinated chiro for your recovery needs and you find your self in a one stop shop for anything and everything strength related. Fantastic experience: The greatest place on earth. I started my powerlifting journey at Strength Workshop 2 years ago with no powerlifting experience and it has changed my life. Coaches Dan and Shaun are two of the best people you’ll meet and the facilities are world class. If there was a 6 star review i would give them 6 stars
