Fantastic experience: Awesome 24/7 local gym in Banglow. I train here every day. Old Skool vibe with a great range of equipment which is getting updated regularly. The crew that work here are always happy to have chat, or not if you prefer, or give you advice if you ask. They work hard to make sure the place is clean and tidy. There is also a sauna for your post workout relaxation and reward as well.

Negative experience: Do not give them your debit details!!! The accounts team keep charging and now chasing you for unpaid fees as l had to cancel my card! I gave enough notice of moving interstate in 2022 and still fighting this issue years later. I have now had to get ACCC involved! Their team admit error but nothing gets resolved. Disappointing and stressful as l constantly call and leave messages for owner to call back, they never do.

Despite its smaller size, the gym feels spacious and inviting, largely due to Nathanal's warm demeanor. If you're looking for a clean, friendly, and welcoming gym experience, look no further. Negative experience: A very basic gym with old equipment, no aircon & no classes at the moment. But it is convenient & quiet so that suits locals. I appreciate the service but some little maintenance issues & heat in summer (all closed up with no aircon) is annoying.

Negative experience: I have recently ceased membership with this gym. There is a high staff turnover and often it is left unattended due to staff being redirected to the larger gyms in Mullum or Bruns. Although I was assured classes would be starting back up, after months they still have not made any changes. It is quite expensive and they required a month's notice (approx $100) to cancel.
