Fantastic experience: Jakob and Jack are both amazing trainers who completely changed the way I saw the gym - I look forward to my sessions and am always excited to see what they have planned. I was able to train post shoulder reconstruction and regained back all the muscle and movement I lost in record time - not to mention I’m much stronger then I was before.
