Fantastic experience: I couldn’t have found a place more kind, supportive and encouraging. This place welcomed me in and helped me find my people in Tamworth. I got back into fitness, lost 15kg, got so much stronger and joined all sorts of other social groups as part of being with Home of Strength. I’m so grateful. Beginner or otherwise, Home of Strength is always something I would want to be a part of.

Fantastic experience: Home Of Strength is very welcoming. The teen classes are great. They're learning all the correct positions and exercises to help them build stronger healthier bodies, whilst in a safe & positive environment. Worth a visit.

Fantastic experience: HOS is the most inclusive and welcoming gym, catering for families, kids and people of all (training or no training) backgrounds. Sam and Grace go out of their way to make every member feel comfortable and create amazing programs tailored to helping individuals gain confidence and smash goals. I have felt nothing but encouragement and support since joining a few months ago, from not only them but all other members as well!

Fantastic experience: November 2024: Home of Strength is going from strength to strength expanding in size and members but same amazing service. Not only providing well planned session blocks but the explanation of the whys behind certain exercises means it's so much more than just going through the motions and we are all reaping the benefits. June 2024: This gym is our 2nd home. Not only do I get to workout there are kids classes too or a creche to keep them occupied but still in sight. Grace & Sam are amazing at programming workouts to suit all, and modifying if need be. Such a supportive environment, everyone encourages each other and celebrate all the wins together

Fantastic experience: HoS is such an amazing family orientated gym. They are very accommodating to all levels of fitness and have created a respectful and comfortable community. I couldn’t recommend this gym any more! 10/10!

Fantastic experience: I joined HOS after a session with friends. I have absolutely enjoyed every session since and they have been so welcoming of me and my toddler. Sam and Grace are beautiful people filling a void for a family oriented gym in Tamworth. Highly recommend giving it a go, even if it’s outside your comfort zone like me!

Fantastic experience: Cannot rate Grace and Sam (Home of Strength) anymore! They have created an incredible gym that is more like a family than a gym! Having a 3 year old and 4 month old is extremely hard to get out and exercise for myself but that is not a barrier at Home of Strength! So stoked I joined and am a part of this community

Fantastic experience: Grace and Sam have created a warm, welcoming, and encouraging space that truly does feel like home. True to their name, they’ve created a space that is not only their second home, but a second home to many others who feel warmly welcomed each and every session, and supported even in times they’re unable to train due to illness or injury. Having a space where I feel free to be myself and encouraged at every level is invaluable. Having a space where my children are welcomed and can witness their Mum doing something that makes her happy all while keeping her healthy, as well as joining in on the fun is what it’s all about. It’s an absolute pleasure to be a part of such a family-oriented and welcoming environment. I am so excited to witness the continued growth of two beautiful people, Sam and Grace @ Home of Strength.

Fantastic experience: My two sons have been going here for a few months now and I can't recommend Home of Strength more highly! It is such a welcoming environment, Grace is amazing with all the kids and my boys look forward to going every week.

Fantastic experience: Ive never felt more comfortable & welcomed in a gym than I do at Home of Strength. Grace & Sam are so down to earth, helpful & actually care about their members. Not only do I get to work out but I can have my 3yr old with me too & Grace is absolutely fantastic with him, he can play in the creche or come out onto the gym floor while we work out & this is a huge win for me as he is Autistic & won't go to just anyone, so been able to have him with me makes life so easy. Eventhough it's a small group environment you still get one on one attention from Grace & Sam & with their encouragement & the encouragement of other members its truly a great place to be. Definitely my second family.

Fantastic experience: Grace & Sam run a fantastic family-orientated, individual focused and all-round welcoming gym. The gym has great facilities, loads of equipment and is open to all with very accommodating hours. As the gym gets bigger, it'll only get better too! The support; not only from the owners but from everyone who attends, makes all the difference to a training plan - whether you're a beginner who's finding their feet or have serious goals that you're working towards. Having worked with both coaches in both personal training and class settings, I can attest that you won't go wrong by attending Home of Strength.
