Fantastic experience: I love my gym classes and weekly sauna sessions!! Lachy, Liam and Pat are all so welcoming. I was a little nervous not being an athlete myself, but these classes are very much tailored to all fitness levels!

Fantastic experience: Niall and the team at Foundry were fantastic! My son has been under Niall's care for Severs treatment. Before Foundry we were told that he would be ruled out of any physical activity for 6 months and were lost in what therapy direction to take. Then we found Foundry, Niall created a program that was accessible from home (no gym required), he took the time to explain the condition and recovery process in great detail. In only just 7 weeks at Foundry, my son is now back to regular activity with NO PAIN! Highly recommend!
Fantastic experience: Incredibly diverse range of allied health services for all athletes, I've brought the kids for physio, massage and myo and the team are amazing. Highly recommend.
Fantastic experience: love it at Foundry. I started off in the Rehab program for an ankle injury that happened last January, which i have now made a full recovery from with the help of the Physiotherapists and Rehab Coaches they provide. I have now moved into the Athlete Development Program, and work closely with my coach to improve my strength, fitness and development in my sport (Aussie Rules). A great environment, knowledge and support is guaranteed every time i visit. :))
Fantastic experience: i’ve been training at foundry for a year now. i came here to get stronger and work on my change of direction for soccer. I also rehabbed my ankle with the help from the coaches and physios. i love coming here.

Fantastic experience: Foundry athletic has taken my athletic training and recovery to a whole new level, I have been recovering with a Rotator cuff injury and i had plenty of support throughout my process, There is no better place for your rehab then Foundry Athletic.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of working with Ami Nishikawa, whilst rehabbing an ACL injury and I can honestly say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Ami’s approach is incredibly thorough, professional, and compassionate. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and took the time to listen to my concerns, assessing my needs with great attention to detail. Her expertise is evident, and she tailored my treatment plan to address my specific issues, explaining everything clearly along the way. What really stood out was Ami’s commitment to my well-being, ensuring I was not only improving physically but also feeling supported mentally throughout the process. I genuinely looked forward to each session with her. If you’re looking for a physio who combines skill with genuine care, Ami is the best! Highly recommend! ☺️☺️

Fantastic experience: Rehab'd an ankle reco with the team at Foundry. Amazing all round. Adriana and Connor brilliant trainers, Ash and Ami fantastic physios and Gabby a masseuse second to none. Got me from crutches to a marathon in less than 12 months and learnt so much along the way. If you need rehab, physio, massage or a dedicated team to help you with your fitness - you'd be nuts to go elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I've been using the ice baths to help with a health problem, it's been great to drop in for a session whenever it suits me. It's a wonderful facility, and the customer service is second to none. Although I'm not an athlete I've felt welcome and comfortable - highly recommend Foundry.
