Positive experience: Its definitely not the best in the market but I feel its "Value for money" and does the great job for me or someone who is a beginner! James is good guy for workout schedule and support!

Negative experience: U cannot respect these guys. They will give you a price and when u go their to get membership, completely deny on your face. Bad business ethics. I was their with my family for a family membership and I felt disrespectful and insulted in front of my family. I dont have words to express my disappointment!!

Fantastic experience: Very cozy gym. Has variety of equipments that you can use for your fitness. Not very crowded as well. So you can almost always find the equipments you want to use at a time.

Negative experience: ATMOSPHERE is a no! Equipment sized for burley men. Was charged well beyond completing membership- shifty !!

Fantastic experience: This gym is a secret treasure of Berwick, sure, it's smaller and costs much less than other big named gyms in the area, but with regular classes, a decent amount of equipment and 24/7 access, gym goers will definitely find that they not only get their money's worth, but that they will not feel crowded. The prices here are fantastic, and if you go during the day, the staff are incredibly supportive.

Positive experience: Really small gym, old equipment but everything works well. No memberships fees, that's great! If you like a quiet gym... hmmm the stuff is all the time talking with clients.
