There’s a really great group here and everyone is super supportive and friendly! Whether you’re new to gym or have been working out your whole life, there’s something for everyone!

Fantastic experience: It’s great to get encouragement and truthful feedback while doing something new that really does make me feel better. I like learning how to do something properly, and knowing it’s ok to start from a position of little knowledge and confidence and improve, feels very positive. This was such a good idea! Very open and real.

Fantastic experience: Not your usual gym! I've never been a gym person but I really enjoy sin-ergy's group workouts. You always feel welcome and there are always positive vibes! All the coaches keep you motivated and make you keep wanting to come back to challenge yourself.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym - it is so personally tailored, challenging but in a good way, fun and good team spirit. It was exactly what I needed once my daughter was born and we moved to Biloela. It ticked all the boxes for me - getting me out of the house and feeling like part of a community, getting my body back and pushing me out of my comfort zone! Having that accountability and a team that genuinely care about you has also been so good for my mental health too! I love that its not ego based, everyone there is turning up to better themselves, not to be better than others. I think that's one of the reasons I am still there! Thank you to the team at Sin-ergy!

Fantastic experience: I’m so glad I joined Sin-ergy. It’s definitely not your typical gym. For a start there are no mirrors! It’s the kind of place where you turn up to spend time with like minded people with no pressure or shame. You can go at your own pace and the trainers are great at gearing things to suit your own personal circumstances. I’ve been carrying an injury for a while and James has been awesome at modifying the exercises to suit. If you want a workout that is varied and challenging (but manageable for everyone) and you want to do it with great people, then I highly recommend Sin-ergy.

Fantastic experience: I'm really glad I found the confidence to join Sin-Ergy Strength after being a long time watcher on FB. Having done mainly outdoor group fitness before, I was a little bit unsure of how I would go "lifting" weights. James coached me through techniques and has got me to a place where I feel confident. I love that each session is different, and gives a great overall workout - not just focused on lifting, but also cardio, core, stability, flexibility and weights. The overall vibe at Sin-Ergy is great and I always look forward to walking through the doors and challenging myself. I highly recommend giving Sin-Ergy Strength a go.

Fantastic experience: A great little gym with a friendly atmosphere. James and the other coaches make you feel welcome and make sure you are looked after while you are training. The small group sizes mean there is heaps of individual attention. Couldn't reccomend this gym enough to those wanting the gym experience but don't want to pay the fees and never go.

Every class is guaranteed to be different and challenging; have great tunes and an *amazing* support crew. It is such a fantastic community to be part of.

Fantastic experience: Not lile any other gym. I have been to the 24hr gyms and the family owned "best-interest at heart" gyms, and Sin-Ergy actually means it!!! They never give up on anyone. If you are there as a "new to excercise" or rehabilitation or returning to excercise after a baby, James and Tracie will help every step of the way. Fantastic experience: No egos, no mirrors, no bad music. Just people wanting to genuinely improve their fitness, whatever their level is, in a fun, comfortable and welcoming environment. You only get out of it what you put in, James and Trace and the other coaches give you the motivation to work. I know I wouldn't put in half the effort, on my own, at a chain store gym.

Fantastic experience: SES gym is not your ordinary gym it’s extraordinary !! They greet you with warm open arms and except everyone for who they are and what they are capable of. They are awesome and we have lots of fun too!!
