Fantastic experience: I have recently joined the club and absolutely love it! I have felt nothing but welcomed since i walked in the door. Yes its a little more expensive than other gyms but totally worth it I love the vibe, and the team spirit. The coaches are amazing. I already know I will be a long term member.

Fantastic experience: F45 Deception Bay is a great space and a great group of people - all down to earth and very welcoming. Their lead trainer, Ricky is also wonderful and always up for a dance between sets, there to push you and make you smile!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of F45 Deception Bay for 2 years and it has changed my life. The coaches, members and the community they have created is like no no other gym I’ve been apart of. Give it a try, you won’t look back.

Fantastic experience: We moved from Wollongong F45 and were worried we would not fit into another F45. We were so very wrong. F45 everywhere treats you like family, coach is so encouraging, they coach you to reach your goals. Our first day back after having a week off kicked out arses, sweat dripping off everywhere, but in a good way. I do F45 with my daughter and we love the challenges, we love how we feel afterwards but most of all we look forward to our next session, exercises are always different and our body transformation is amazing. We feel stronger, and we have more energy. We absolutely love F45 at deception bay and would recommend it to everyone.
