Fantastic experience: Functional fitness at its finest. You will get dirty; your feet will likely be damp; and you may be washing sand out of your hair a day later but man is it a fun place to train. The workouts take full advantage of the big football field, the riverside run and no neighbours. Oh and there is coffee. Lots of coffee.
