Positive experience: I always liked this gym, staff good, friendly and I stayed despite other gym around but they shut down due to not paying rent and gave no notice also they didn't inform financial service they deal with taking payment for direct debit and I get reminders from them that my payment overdue for 3 weeks but hello shouldn't informing them to stop all members direct debit when you shut down. Why keep taking money out. Just so frustrating. Just shows the owner doesn't care

Negative experience: Just shut down due to not paying rent or something. Did not give any notice. Did not contact me. They just closed shop. Lots of people paid memebership.

Fantastic experience: Great place to work out. All the gym members create a friendly atmosphere & will support new members if they need some assistance with equipment. Staff are very keen to greet you when you arrive and acknowledge when you leave. You can pay weekly to see for yourself how great it is, you won’t be disappointed.

Negative experience: Is this gym ever staffed? Might as well shut it down

Negative experience: This one charged me inappropriately after I requested to cancel. Then the ‘manager’ decided to only give 50 bucks back but only if I drive there, which is impossible because I live far away. I’m also disabled that’s why I tried to cancel it. In stead they only cancelled it after I was billed unfairly. Basically, they just ignored me and kept trying to bill me until it was going through. He didn’t offer me a chance to even give that back through email despite my requests, which is very unprofessional. And the attitude was generally toxic from him, absolutely no sympathy for the disabled. It’s quite clear they are desperate for money as he was very rude about it. I would advice to never get a gym membership there too as it’s only a headache to cancel. I would forgive them if they give me money back they stole after I requested to cancel through email first before they billed me. It was nearly $200 that they owe me, then they offered only 50. That is unacceptable. Save your money. Oh and they tried to force me to go in when I said I’m too far away from the gym itself. Email would’ve been fine I said many times. He tried to make it political for some reason… I wonder why

Negative experience: Music is soo loud, i explained to the reception that music better down and they did not like it. i could not even listen to my own music or even hear people calling me. I would request managers to please keep music down , it is so loud and noisy.

Positive experience: Machines and furniture could use an update or are out of order. Staff working times are minimal but price is good. 5 dollar casual. 9 per week for 6 months.

Positive experience: Great gym and lovely staff

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! Been coming here for a few years and really appreciate the womens only space upstairs, it allows me to comfortably and confidently workout. Also love the management, theyve been so kind and understanding over covid regarding membership fees. Really great facilities and equipment that is cleaned regularly.
