I feel like everyone there is in the same boat with juggling work and kids and just trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle that there's no comparison about someones level of fitness, no matter where they are at, everyone's just supportive and there to have a good time. Fantastic experience: We have been so impressed with Fitstop. The coaches and community at chandler make the gym such a great place to train. The people make it easier to find motivation and the best element is how kid friendly it is. Little baby jail to lock the munchkins away whilst mum and dad crush some weight. Fantastic experience: I have never felt more comfortable or more supported at a gym. Milan is a fantastic coach and gym owner and is so supportive when it comes to getting back to gym or continuing training while pregnant and during injuries. The coaches at Fitstop Chandler have helped build my confidence and technique with lifting. The social atmosphere and inclusiveness of the gym has made it so much easier to want to book in and attend the classes. Fantastic experience: Do yourself a favour and book a class with Fittstop Chandler! Milan and his team do such an amazing job providing the best support and advice for all fitness levels. Best to check it out for yourself but a couple of things I appreciate below. Kids corner, Heaps of class times, incredible trainers, easy to follow program, supportive friendly and positive environment, results tracking, and the list goes on!! After nearly two years i still look forward to training with Milan nearly every day.

Fantastic experience: 18kg in 3 months. May not be a big difference to you, but that's almost 2 dress sizes to me. I had a baby 6 months ago and went looking for a gym to get my pre baby body. I discovered fitstop chandler. Fitstop has multiple class time with a variety of workouts. They have a crachè for kids of all ages. Milan has been super flexible and even changes workouts to cater individual needs. Fitstop chandler has been such an amazing community they are like family, I started fitstop at 110kg I was scared of judgement and criticism and it was nothing like that! I have unconditional support from everyone. This place has become my second home. Let it be yours too - First session is free.

I have trained with a lot of trainers over the years and Milan is by far the best. I am currently struggling with an injury and Milan is adapting everything and supporting me through my recovery. Fantastic experience: Milan has created the most welcoming and supportive gym environment I’ve experienced! Everyone cheers each other on, keeps you accountable and help you reach your goals. It’s not common to find a gym where mums feel comfortable to bring their kids too, yet there are many mums who bring their babies daily and are kicking goals. Would reccomend this gym to anyone starting out or wanting to change up their routine.
