Lee’s expertise really helped us get the most out of our workouts, and his motivational style pushed us to do our best. Steph brought such great energy and positivity, making every session fun and enjoyable. The gym has a great vibe, and we loved every minute we spent there. Fantastic experience: Friendly staff/owners, super comfortable gym. If I ever have a question there is always someone there to answer and help out. The equipment is in great use and easy to use. It is super convenient being able to go anytime of the day or night as well- I can go whenever it fits into my schedule. I can honestly say joining this gym was one of the best decisions I’ve made- best gym I’ve been apart of.

Fantastic experience: Passing thru Eden & Fitness passport members Me and a mate greeted by a Male and was professional and extremely helpful. Offered code to access after hours. Highly recommend this gym not only are facilities clean. I noticed gym has a qualified massage therapist and offer P.T sessions, I will be certain to make bookings next visit. Fantastic experience: Trained twice here whilst staying at Mallacoota. Well equipped gym, I was able to complete all of my workouts. Very friendly staff and locals. They also have shower facilities.
