F45 Training Queanbeyan

Fantastic experience: I'd be selecting more stars if I could. Highly recommend this gym. Its a fabulous supportive community, with awesome trainers and Pip is one of most engaging and endearing owners you'll ever meet.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this F45 studio enough! Pip and her team are the absolute bees knees best trainers I've ever had, and believe me, I've had a few! They not only are welcoming and highly encouraging, but they actually correct your technique, give you useful pointers, and push you to do more, often beyond your own expectations. Especially, Pip who has an unnerving 6th sense for poor form and anyone who can go harder than even they may realise - she's onto it, straight up! With the right tips and encouragement all the time (where does she get her energy?!) On a personal note, Pip and her team also got me through my first pregnancy and postpartum recovery. They were instrumental in keeping me and my baby safe, and able to train right until 38 weeks pregnant, and after 6 weeks postpartum, with medical clearance. I credit them for getting and keeping me strong for labour, delivery and recovery. Now I am stronger than I've ever been and with a healthy, beautiful 12 month old! Unfortunately, we've moved for work, but I'm still following my F45 family here, as I'll definitely be joining again when we move back! Don't hesitate, join this F45 family NOW!

Fantastic experience: Best Gym ever

Negative experience: Why do I hate it? I don't, Google said I was there a week ago but I was no where near it. Come on Google, if your going to spy on us at least do it properly. Go ask China for some tips.

Fantastic experience: F45 is the best gym I have ever been to. Staff are friendly helpful and sincere. It is money very well spent if you weigh up the health benefits. Very organised , with encouragement given to all levels of ability. Highly recommend QBN F 45
