The classes and programs are specifically designed to suit our needs, and they make working out both safe and effective. The physios and instructors staff are exceptional—so knowledgeable and encouraging, they know exactly how to support each member and keep us motivated. The community here is what makes Team8 Active special. It's a welcoming, friendly group where there's always plenty of laughter, social events and good conversation.

Fantastic experience: The best result after a therapeutic massage I have had so far. I had a strong lower back pain and after several sessions and with the exercises that Dani recommended, my back feels like new. Professional, knowledgeable and dedicated to solving your problem. 100% recommended

Fantastic experience: I had the best therapeutic massage this week! In a one hour session, Veronica gave me a thorough assessment and great, firm massage. My body felt soooo good afterwards. It made me reflect on the benefits of a regular good, professional massage and promised to treat myself more often. Thanks Veronica :)

Fantastic experience: Wow what a team. From the moment I walked in I felt really comfortable. A couple of questions and bang Dan was all over it. He has so much knowledge and it all made so much sense. I was sent the best exercise program with real videos on how to do the stretches and exercises. Mind blown. These guys are the benchmark in my opinion

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Team8 Physio. John took a big part in my recovery of a back injury. He is very professional and super friendly. I always felt I was in good hands through out the whole recovery process. I also want to mention that Rhea is just amazing. She greets everyone with a smile, she is super friendly and was always very helpful when I had any questions. I can really recommended Team8 Physio .

Fantastic experience: Been seeing Dan ever since my knee operation and I can't recommend him enough! He's assisted me every step of the way on my road to recovery.

Fantastic experience: Sam and Luke at the Dee Why practice are amazing. They have kept me strong, healthy and mobile in order for me to complete 4x Ironman 70.3 (half Ironman) events in 18 months. Without this team of professionals treating me from muscle strains, neck and back issues to hip and shoulder problems - I certainly wouldn’t have the ability to achieve my dreams and goals. Thank you Sammy and Luke and Jerome for keeping me upright.

Fantastic experience: Mitch is very knowledgeable, great Physio. Treatment plan spot on, injury has resolved very quickly by following his advice! Have seen him for 2 issues at different times and great outcome with both.

Fantastic experience: The Physiotherapists, Sam and Lauren are the best. If it wasn't for them I would still be limping and in pain from my ACL reconstruction to my knee 12 weeks ago. I highly recommend them. They are professional, know their job , great motivators and show a lot of empathy for their clients. My Orthopaedic surgeon recommended them as 50% of the post operative treatment/ rehabilitation is good Physiotherapy.
