Fantastic experience: After years of gyms and personal trainers, I needed something more personalised and someone who wouldn't just take me through the motions. Since starting at Propel my niggles have gone and I am getting stronger than I've ever been. No session feels like a chore and I always look forward to going. Grant and the team make a every single person feel welcome and comfortable no matter what age or level of fitness.
Fantastic experience: I've been wanting to get back into exercise after injuring my back at work, but wanted to do it in a controlled manner and have a program tailored to the issues my injury has caused. This is exactly what I am getting thanks to Grant who has been working one on one with me. He's very knowledgeable, and his exercise program is dynamic, in that he will carefully consider the options of working on an area and adjust things if necessary so as to not exacerbate your injury. In conjunction with this, we are working on my diet, and I have already had to move my belt in one notch after such a short time! I highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: Did a class for first time with some boys from our rugby leauge club was a awesome session that really pushed us. The trainers brought a good energy to help you through the routine and were happy to get involved as much as they could. They also explained each exercise very well and broke down exactly what we would get out of each excercise highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Such a great facility with awesome coaches and like minded people to help you keep on track with your own personal goals. Fantastic experience: Our Son Nic (12) was experiencing growth problems with his knees, it was suggested we speak with someone who understands building and rehabilitating kids. Propel were highly recommended, Nic has now been working on his strength and fitness with Grant and his team, they offer one on one and group sessions, Nic just loves the completeness of the group sessions with other kids around his age and has been building strength and coordination well. I highly recommend Propel

Fantastic experience: Grant and the team have been amazing to work with. They spent the time to understand my needs and built a program specifically tailored to me that evolves weekly as I progress. Every training session is different and I can feel myself progressing quickly. With a deep background in sports science (he's trained some of the best!), Grant also helps with guidance around food and lifestyle that I can incorporate into my daily routine for even better gains. Can't recommend highly enough!
