Amazing app and amazing guidance, very professional with how things are done. Exercises are not only fitted for footy players but anyone who wants to get in shape and fit. To start your journey off I would highly recommend joining and gaining as much knowledge as you can.

Great program. The pre-season program was great and the in-season program is just as good. There is also a wide selection of additional workouts to help you through different stages. Jack also sets your calories/macros and provides meal plans. Jack responds to any questions promptly and keeps you motivated. Super easy to use app, a great product and value for money. Love this program. The app is great and easy to use. The running programs and gym programs have really helped me progress in my football. I’ve found it very helpful as it helps me structure my week and there’s always something to do. The videos are all very helpful if you’re unsure on anything! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to become a better footballer!

JJs is great, always encouraging and answers questions and gets around you! The programs are great, seeing awesome gains and most importantly playing the best footy I’ve ever played! Can’t recommend enough, especially for the price compared to other similar services as it is much much cheaper!

Choose the package that is right for you and follow the links to get started. You’ll then receive an email with your start up steps and link to the app. Complete all steps including the questionnaire for us to get to know you. Sit tight while Jack and his team review your questionnaire and tailor your program. You’ll be all set usually within 48 hours.

Your program will be designed to fit around and compliment your club’s training and games. There are also options to completely replace your club’s training sessions if you ever can’t make it on any given night.

Ideally, yes, but our programs have the ability to substitute exercises if you don’t have access to any given piece of equipment. At a minimum, we recommend to have access to adjustable dumbbells, a bench, a barbell and weight plates.

Yes. Your program will be tailored to suit your experience level and you’ll be guided through it step by step through the JJ’s app by me.

Our programs will provide alternative sessions to work around injuries as best as possible. However, if you require a fully customised program to work around your specific injury, this will be at an extra cost.

Yes. All meals can be filtered to suit most dietary requirements, meaning you’ll only see recipes that are right you.

Your training program will be scheduled on days that work around your weekly football commitments, as best as possible.

Yes. Get in touch to chat about your options. We can work out a package that suits you.

Yes. We have pure hypertrophy based programs designed for those with the main priority of changing their body shape. Muscle gain and reducing body fat will be the focus.

Yes. We have programs to suit junior footballers from 13+ years. If you are 12 years or younger, stay tuned as a Foundations program is coming!

Yes. We provide solo skills sessions through the app also.

Fantastic experience: Ive been with Jack and JJs family for nearly 9 years and couldn’t speak more highly. Have the best instructor in Jack and have made life long friends along the way. You walk in after having a bad day, you walk out ready to tackle the world. With Jack you learn technique, nutrition and health. You just don’t get this personal service anywhere. Lucky Barwon Heads and surrounds. Do yourself a favour, no matter what level of fitness, size, look etc, you’ll feel comfortable and not judged. Good luck Jack.

Fantastic experience: I've lost count of the number of years i have trained with Jack at JJ's. It's been a long time and a great time. Jack has guided me through so many different aspects of my health and fitness throughout the years. Always supportive, encouraging and professional. I am going to miss this connection so much when they head to Barwon Heads. Thankfully Jack now has all training set up online so there won't be any disruption to my personal fitness plan which is great. I do intend on visiting Barwon Heads regularly to catch-up and fit a session in. Can't wait! Barwon Heads locals - you are very lucky getting JJ's! .-) All the very best Jack, Jordan and Beau. Jodie

Fantastic experience: Finding a personal trainer may seem simple due to the multitude of options available. However, finding someone who is professional, empathetic, perceptive & knowledgeable is rare. Jack is an outstanding personal trainer who cares to listen, is very good with technique & can curate an effective program to help achieve your fitness objectives. Above all, Jack is a great human - kind, encouraging & respectful. Sadly for those in Melbourne, Jack is soon relocating to Barwon Heads. Anyone in Barwon Heads looking for an amazing PT, Jack is the man!

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Jack as a personal trainer enough. I realized how good Jack was as a trainer, when he had taken a break, and I was doing a similar routine at the local gym by myself (under watch of another trainer). When he came back, he corrected my squat technique just slightly which made such a difference to my depth to squat and also preventing injury. He is incredibly supportive and helping me find ways to keep me focussed on my goal of good health despite all the challenges of being a time poor mum! If you are looking for a trainer, look no further. A great trainer and an even better human. All the best!

Fantastic experience: Jack is one the most knowledgeable, competent, enthusiastic and hard working trainers I know.. and I’m a trainer and know a few!! He has constantly taught me, challenged me, been empathetic when I’m not at my best, been enthusiastic when I kicked some goals and always made training fun. I have access to a gym, and can program and train myself but his experience and approach and knowledge just benefit me and I simply enjoy the sessions .. I get pushed and I walk out feeling quite invincible !! He is so technically knowledgeable.. you don’t get any better .. I have felt so lucky to be trained by not only a very professional smart trainer, but just a kind and great person who cares !! If I was anywhere near Barwon heads .. I’d be jumping at the opportunity to be trained by Jack before he gets booked out!!!

Fantastic experience: Couldn't recommend highly enough! After trying many different gyms JJ's was the only one I wanted to go back to. The classes are challenging and always lots of fun. Jack is so welcoming and even at 6am it's such a happy environment. All the other members are so friendly and supportive, I wouldn't go anywhere else! :)

Fantastic experience: JJ’s offers the program variety of a big gym but the personal care, professionalism and one on one training of a small business. Classes are small, cater for every level of fitness, go quickly and leave you looking forward to your next work out. Unlike big gyms, every class is different. JJ’s got me off the couch after a long break from training and after two months still has me motivated.

Fantastic experience: 5 stars just aren't enough! JJ's is so much more than just a gym. Jack is amazing at what he does and is always your biggest supporter. Not to mention the amazing people that you get to train with every session! You only have to go once and you will never look back :).

Fantastic experience: A friend of mine dragged me along to a Boxing class, and I’ve been hooked ever since. Jack is so very welcoming and always smiling and is so good at what he does. He looks out for everyone, correcting errors and always cheering you on. It’s an awesome little gym and very affordable. I wish I could give more stars! ☺️
