Fantastic experience: Absolutely love the energy at Glow Gym! The atmosphere is awesome, love the classes and equipment. My kids love the creche, gives me such peace of mind while training. Selma is amazing, she is so passionate about what she does and so helpful. All the staff go above and beyond to make you comfortable. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: wasted $300 on a 3 month term because my kid was not properly taken care of in creche, couldnt go back. found her crying her eyes out with no attention to her.

Negative experience: Bad gym. Honestly broke my heart, i put my daughter in creche when she was 3 months old after asking and they guaranteed me they could take care of her. I took her there for the first time, went upstairs to work off some post partum weight, with my HEADPHONES ON. I could hear my baby crying through my music. I go down to creche and see that she has been left outside the creche door in her pram crying her eyes out with no one attending to her or coming to inform me. never went there again and never will. this was december 2022.

Fantastic experience: Salma and the rest of the staff have been very supportive throughout my journey back into fitness. The child minding gives me peace of mind and the classes have helped me push myself to achieve greater goals. Also, the atmosphere is supportive. I'm surrounded by amazing women who just want to have fun and get fit. I'm really enjoying my experience and I'm having fun. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I can’t speak highly enough of Selma and her team. She’s brought this place into the modern era with a new sleek design and aesthetic. Her knowledge, dedication, passion and expertise are why I don’t go anywhere else. For quality care and health from a dedicated trainer, I highly recommend Glow Gym The staff are friendly, helpful and approachable. They have a range of pampering and fitness services available from an on site hairdresser to hypoxi machines. They have a quiet area of the gym where you can train in a more private setting. The bathroom facilities are neat and clean. There is a wide range of machines to train on, plus a selection of classes on every day. As an added bonus, they have a Glow protein and juice bar on site where they make fresh drinks like protein shakes and select teas. They even have healthy snacks and pre-made meals you can take home and just heat/cook. In addition to all of this, they have branded gym wear, bags, bottles and so much more. Again, I highly recommend You go in and speak to Selma to kickstart your mind and body health journey, or to keep yourself positively challenged.
