Fantastic experience: Absolutely love training here! Coaches are all focused on performance and technique and really make sure your form is correct. It’s also such a lovely community and everyone always hangs around for a chat after class which is really nice. Training at an altitude is such a different way to train and with in only a few sessions I feel a massive difference in my strength - the results are incredible! Love it here!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this facility since January this year and it's the first time that I've ever regularly and consistently gone to the gym. Largely thanks to the trainers, the classes they run and the high altitude facility. I do the classes after work mostly and found the trainers are genuinely invested in your personal progress and work with you to ensure you achieve your goals. Lexie in particular is a stickler for doing planks correctly but as a result my abs (never knew I had those) have been whipped into shape. Because of the high altitude I can choose to do a short class or work out in half the time which is fantastic for time-poor people as it still allows you to see results. The classes are also small so you don't get lost in the crowd, you do exercises that really work and they are also super fun!! I really cannot recommend this place enough especially for anyone who is committed to their overall fitness.

Fantastic experience: We had a great first session with some members of the Australian Karate squad, with the great team at O2 Advantage in Richmond. We definitely continue to utilise this great supplement to our normal training. We highly recommend the trainers and facility!

Fantastic experience: I recently took a group of Karate elite athletes to this facility. The training was excellent, the staff very professional and supportive. All in all I would highly recommend O2 advantage as a great addition to any ones training program, with the added benefit of increasing your oxygen intake capacity.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Ele and Danny for the past few months and can honestly say that I've been loving it and have seen some awesome changes. The members are really friendly and Ele and Danny are incredibly supportive and knowledgable, and are willing to help with all aspects of living a healthy lifestyle. Can't recommend it enough!

Fantastic experience: High Altitude training means I can get fit without straining my body which is perfect for me in my late 50’s! Plus the fact that in every session I have my own Personal Trainer with the great Danny and Elle team. Don’t get me wrong, you know you have worked out doing HIIT in a high-altitude room, but it is more fun than the agony of a traditional gym workout. Or is that just the endorphins talking :-)

Fantastic experience: Love it! Awesome experience at O2 Richmond with Danny and Ele - rockstars! Love the no class times or bookings. You rock up and join in the 'burn' whenever you feel like it for as long as you feel like it. Definitely recommend altitude training to anyone wanting to get the most out of your training time. It's tough though anyone can do it, you don't need to be super fit or anything - just go at your own pace!

Fantastic experience: Ele and Danny never fail to encourage and motivate throughout the workouts with their friendly yet professional approach. Their vast knowledge and experience of movements ensure we are getting an optimal workout without injury. The convenience of continuous circuits is fantastic and means you can fit training in during the busiest of weeks. 02 advantage training has been an all round great decision!

Fantastic experience: This gym is fantastic! I love the flexibility to start my circuit training when I choose. The trainers are really friendly, helpful and check in with you constantly, making sure you have your technique right and giving you general encouragement to get the most out of your work out. The high altitude environment is an excellent way to get a great work out in a short amount of time.

Fantastic experience: For anyone that is time poor and wants results fast, the join in anytime concept plus the Simulated High Altitude Training ticks all the boxes. Ele and Danny are so helpful and understand how to take you from apprehensive to feeling really fit and confident, it's a must do training session.
