Fantastic experience: Fitstop Noosa is amazing! The coaches are motivating, knowledgeable, and always make workouts enjoyable. The vibe is super positive and welcoming, which makes every session a great experience. Just a heads-up, the membership cancellation process can be a bit tricky, but overall, it's a fantastic place to train!

Fantastic experience: Usually train at a Fitstop in Brisbane, but had the best experience at Fitstop Noosa this morning! Ryan was an incredible trainer, ensuring we were train exercising in a safe and happy environment. The gym was also clean and promoted members to take responsibility for equipment cleanliness and pack up. Can’t wait to train there again!

Fantastic experience: I usually train at Fitstop Coolum but recently had the opportunity to try Fitstop Noosa as I'll be moving there next year, and wow - if I wasnt already a fan of Fitstop's training, this location is even better than Coolum (and i love that place). The new trainer Ryan is super helpful whilst I've been pregnant, he always checks on me to ensure the exercises feel safe/OK, gives me safe options without me having to ask for them & I feel really supported to go as hard as my body lets me. Can't wait to train here regularly in 2025, you guys are legends thank you.

Fantastic experience: Visited Fitstop Noosa with ClassPass for a morning session with Tate. Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere, I’d never tried fitstop before, the class was explained really well and the coaching throughout the session was great - lots of motivation!! Would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Fitstop Noosa since they opened and every day I love going. The trainers have always been wonderful and encouraging and make an effort to engage with you! I love the times they offer, the classes and work outs itself and the family that I’ve made.
