Fantastic experience: A great experience. I first trained with Jarrod when looking for variety in my training. He’s knowledgeable and adapts really well to keep the programming motivating. The boxing work has been great fun and I’d recommend TT to anyone looking to make and enjoy fitness gains.

Fantastic experience: Sing-kik, or Shinki as every one calls him, is a VERY knowledgable, professional And all round nice guy, I came to him with aches and pain, stiff joints and muscles and I feel much much better. I’ve decided that for my mental health I need Shinki, with his Exercise and Sport Science Degree, to keep my physical wellbeing at top performance. Highly Recommended.
Fantastic experience: I really hate gyms but I love Tyger Tyger. One on one training, never crowded and expertise (both osteo and exercise) in treating injuries. Staff are friendly and welcoming and devote all of their time to you as an individual. I have been going to Tyger Tyger for close to two years and my quality of life has improved beyond belief. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Sharif at Tyger Tyger is fantastic. He has helped me so much with strength, fitness and technique. I feel better than I have in years, and am stronger than I've probably ever been. The sessions have helped reduce my back and neck pain to pretty much zero. Sharif makes the sessions fun and interesting, and he seems to instinctively know exactly how much I'll be able to do. And there's a real sense of achievement when you realise how far you've come in a relatively short amount of time. I look forward to the sessions every week, and feel incredible afterwards.
Fantastic experience: I have been training with both Sharif and Jarrod for a couple of months and could not recommend the gym or either trainer highly enough. Deeply knowledgeable with a structured and scientific approach to training and getting the best out of you. It is the epitome of what personal training can and should be, in a relaxed but functional environment.
Fantastic experience: It's difficult to talk about Tyger Tyger in terms of being a 'gym' because it doesn't fit the usual mould – I prefer to call it a 'fitness salon'. The service is A-grade (literally one-on-one, and always comes from a place of encouragement), the space is intimate and personal (you'll be introduced to anyone else training there), and the training is exemplary (these guys really know their stuff). If you're the person who doesn't do gyms (i.e. me), this is the place for you.
Fantastic experience: I have been training with Sharif at Tyger Tyger for a number of months to help with back issues and I've never felt better. I'm able to lift weights and move in ways I didn't think possible before I started training. The sessions are well structured and Sharif has shown me the importance of learning the correct technique for each exercise. All the staff at Tyger Tyger are always welcoming, the environment is relaxed and I couldn't recommend highly enough.
Fantastic experience: Tyger tyger has really helped me get on track with fixing my back issues. I’ve been training with Singkik, one of the Sports PTs, on a regular basis for the last 6 weeks and I’ve never felt stronger in my upper back. I used to be afraid of weights and thought I’ll just need to get weekly massages and Osteo/chiro treatments forever to improve my posture and maintain the pain. But the Osteo (Dan) at Tyger Tyger suggested I try strength training, and much to my surprise, I no longer have knots in my neck the size of golf balls and the shooting pains in my shoulders are gone. My upper back is now stronger, my posture has improved and I finally feel as though I’m doing something right.
Fantastic experience: Sharif's disciplined approach to training has helped get my body in the best shape it's been. Having not trained for many years, Sharif taught me proper weightlifting technique, which has allowed to me to make significant strength gains without injury. Highly highly recommended.
