Fantastic experience: Only just joined in the last week on my physio's request for a back injury. Both owners Rick & Teagan were very helpful in showing me around & going through the workout plan I was given & explaining how to use each bit of equipment. The gym is very clean & tidy inside with great equipment to work with. The other members I've meet inside have all been friendly & helpful too. Great atmosphere to be around
