Fantastic experience: joined F45 Leppington in October 2024, just four months postpartum. I was overweight, struggling with my mental health, and honestly, just trying to find myself again. Since then, this place has completely changed my life. I’ve completed multiple challenges, conquered a 10K Spartan race, and I’m now training for Hyrox. More importantly, I’ve found a community that feels like family. The members are warm and welcoming, and the coaches are incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and encouraging every step of the way. F45 Leppington has become my second home and safe space—a place where I can grow, push myself, and feel truly supported. I also love that with the F45 passport system, I can train at other studios when I travel and still feel that same sense of community. If you’re thinking about joining—do it. It might just change your life like it did mine.

The workouts are always intense, varied, and keep me motivated—no session ever feels stale. The team here is next-level, especially Dan, Rogel, Jourden, and Jayla—they’re absolute standouts! They’re so knowledgeable, upbeat, and know just how to push me to my best while making every class a blast. Fantastic experience: Love this place! Great workouts, amazing group of people, positive vibe and a group of highly dedicated coaches. Honestly, the coaches - Rogel, Dan and Jordan take their work very seriously and make you feel like you matter. They bring in some great energy that helps you stay focussed throughout. The people at the studio are all equally friendly. I’ve seen a great deal of improvement in my energy and toning since I’ve joined. Always happy to start my day with a good workout at f45 Leppington :)

Negative experience: Just wanted to pass my genuine review I have been a part of this since July 2023 and wanted to cancel my membership By end of Feb 2024 I have contacted Dan couple of times for this and went personally to workshop to cancel my membership he said we have to charge 4 weeks as per policy this is 6th week then and now they been charging me constantly and now they are not responding to the calls.. and last words of Dan said to me was thanks for cancelling your membership with us when I visited the f45 leppington Center. Which made me feels like I would never wanted to be a part of this place again I have one year old to look after that’s the only reason of cancellation.
