Fantastic experience: BGF offers a variety of classes that provide a fantastic overall body workout. From core strength, cross fit, running, HIIT to yoga and more. Fantastic experience: I have been attending Brighton Group Fitness & PT for the past 4 years, which has been a game changer for my fitness. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, always pushing me to reach my goals while making sure I maintain proper form. The variety of classes offered, like Boxing, strength & toning, cross training & HIIT, keeps things exciting and challenging. Plus training in the outdoors is a bonus. The community atmosphere that Glen, Adele, Gail, Courtney & Dylan create is unbeatable, everyone is so friendly and encouraging. Fantastic experience: I recently joined this group a few weeks ago, and I’ve felt so welcomed! Every session has been filled with friendly faces, including Glen and the rest of the team, who have been incredibly supportive. I had lost my way with my fitness and health, but now I’m ready to put myself first and work hard to get back on track. I’ve started a 6-week challenge and I’m almost through week 1. I feel like I have a better mindset and I’m really pushing myself to exercise consistently and I am really enjoying the challenges. It’s been so much fun so far, and I know it will continue to be. I really wish I hadn’t procrastinated and joined a long time ago!

Fantastic experience: These people are genuinely interested in your well being. Whether that's fitness, nutrition, mindset, health or just happiness. They are caring and thoughtful, approachable and kind. They listen and they respond. No msg is unanswered or ignored. I've only been with them since June this year and my fitness and general well being has improved out of sight. Thank you to the team and just as important, other members of the group. Kindness is so deeply ingrained in this business that it influences everyone. Truly a group I wish I'd found years ago. I'm am so grateful I found them. ❤️

Fantastic experience: As I am expecting my first child, I thought it would be a great idea to start building up my fitness to be able to keep up with her. I have previously joined gyms and sports but this was my first time with a PT and I have found that there is a huge difference when using a PT. His knowledge and understanding helps to ensure I get the best workout possible without injuring my body as I work full time as an electrician. The results from these workouts have been better than I expected, my fitness level has increased already with only a few months of these weekly sessions. Would highly recommend to anyone looking at increasing their fitness level or just wanting to get a better workout as unlike other PT's he doesn't over work or damage your body, his focus is on getting his clients the best results at a manageable and safe rate.

Fantastic experience: This is actually Carolyn not Norm …. Just saying ! I really enjoy the sessions at Brighton Fitness for a number of reasons a few being; all classes are outdoors (hardly ever rained out either !), timetable suits me, the people in the classes make it a fun, encouraging environment & I’ve made some really good friends too, social activities outside classes, the trainers are fantastic, up beat, encouraging & helpful. Been with the group over 2 years now & I’m attending 5 classes per week & feeling much better for it ! Great workouts & lots of variety & the trainers always have other options if you struggle with an exercise. Well worth giving this group a try

Fantastic experience: Reflecting on the Past Year In September 2022, my wife and I were grappling with a lack of commitment to our local gym routine. There seemed to be no structure, accountability, or genuine engagement, and we often found excuses not to go. We're just your average couple, juggling full-time jobs and the responsibilities of raising teenagers. However, we both yearned for a change. One day, we stumbled upon a Facebook Ad promoting a Fitness Training program that piqued our interest. I reached out, and to our delight, Glen, the trainer behind the program, warmly welcomed us. He not only listened to our story but also showed genuine excitement to support and guide us. This meant the world to us. We decided to take the plunge and enrolled in the six-week program to test if it was just another passing trend. I can honestly attest that it required hard work and a lifestyle overhaul. But then again, when you truly desire a transformation, hard work and change are par for the course. Those six weeks proved to be a monumental success for us, both physically and mentally, laying the foundation for our future journey. Today, we remain active members of Brighton Group Fitness & PT. We've even taken part in some of the additional programs Glen has crafted to expand our knowledge, such as hikes, day outings, and events like True Grit and the City to Bay fun run. So, why have we stuck with it? First and foremost, Glen is not just a trainer; he's personal and radiates positivity. His commitment to making a difference in people's lives is palpable. Then, there's the variety of training options and flexible schedules that accommodate our busy lives. Whether it's running, boxing, strength training, or cross-training classes, we always find something that suits us. Glen equips us with all the tools we need, from exercise routines to nutrition plans and stretching routines, ensuring our success. The support we receive is unmatched. Glen and his professional team consistently check in on our well-being, making us feel like valued individuals. The gym atmosphere is unique—no judgment, just like-minded individuals striving for fitness. We've formed a tight-knit community of friends who provide unwavering encouragement. And the results? Absolutely! Since embarking on this journey with Brighton Group Fitness & PT, my wife and I have shed a combined 25 kilograms, reduced our body fat percentages, and built lean muscle. But it's more than just numbers; we feel healthier, more energetic, and cleaner from the inside. My wife, in particular, has surprised herself by taking up running and will soon complete her first-ever 12-kilometer City to Bay run on September 17th. But perhaps the most remarkable part is how much we genuinely enjoy our gym sessions. Yes, there are days when motivation is lacking, but we always push through, and afterwards, there's never a regretful thought of "I shouldn't have come." Laughter with friends, while simultaneously improving our fitness, is a regular occurrence. If you're reading this post, don't be a stranger. Fantastic experience: I decided to join the 21-Day Winter Hibernation Reboot to get me motivated and it definitely did! Glen was really supportive and helpful. I enjoyed the daily tips and reminders to keep me focused on improving my health and fitness. I have also done group training with Brighton Group Fitness & PT in the past and it's so much fun with a great group of people. Whilst I'm not attending at the moment, Glen still checks in with me because he's an actual legend who really cares about people's health.
Fantastic experience: I joined Brighton Group Fitness in February 2021 for a 6-weeks challenge that helped kickstart my efforts to establish a regular workout routine ahead of our plans for wedding and starting a family at the end of 2021. I created healthy habits and found new motivation for exercising regularly throughout the year and then joined for another challenge in November. I am now happily married and almost 6 months pregnant with our first bub due in September 2022. I truly believe that the support and motivation I received from Brighton Group Fitness last year helped tremendously to keep active, get pregnant easily and keep well throughout. I highly recommend this group for relaxed and friendly atmosphere with supportive coaches training at some wonderful locations in Brighton and around. The sessions were fun and if we didn't move up north, I would be looking forward to another challenge!
Fantastic experience: Hi. I have just finished my 2nd 6week challenge and happy with my results. The 2nd time around was much easier. I was determined to match or do better than my 1st time around.You do have to be self-disciplined and make some sacrifices to get results. I weighed myself daily to keep on track. I lost 5 kilo in oct/nov 2020 (1st challenge) and now 5.3 feb/march whilst maintaining muscle.(10 kilo in 6 mths). Yes getting fitter too.Viseral fat is also measured(fat around organs) which also reduced.. I have learnt how to eat and drink better, ditched some bad habits for good and have loads of new recipes and meal ideas to now help maintain my new weight. I enjoy the group outdoor exercise, excursions on weekends and mini challenges.(eg doing the plank everyday for a week ). There is lots of opportunity to ask questions (eg feedback questionaires weekly) and help is always there. The best thing I found was the scan/weigh in before and after the challenge. Its great seeing others do well also.Thanks for the encouragement all, it really helped. To new people...its certainly worth giving it a go.
Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Brighton Group Fitness & PT for over 2 years and have found the trainers and group members friendly and encouraging. The different classes cater for all abilities with alternative exercises provided when needed. I enjoy the Boxing, Resistance & Balance classes with my focus on improving my strength and flexibility / balance. Cross Training and Running session are also offered which cater to different levels of fitness. The social events arranged by Glen and members are also great to get to know other members and include walks / hikes, breakfast or coffee after morning sessions, social nights out and dinners to celebrate milestones. At different times of the year Glen also offers challenges where we can attend more classes and commit to our own goals whether it is to lose weight or fat, increase in muscle mass or focus on our general fitness. With the third challenge (just completed) we also had the opportunity to have an InBody Analysis done at the start and end of the challenge. I was pleased to see an overall weight loss with my body fat decreasing and muscle mass increasing. My focus now is to continue to improve my strength, especially having signed up again to complete ‘True Grit’ in April with Brighton Group Fitness & PT. This is completed as a team with no one left behind and assistance provided to tackle the different obstacles. I strongly recommend Brighton Group Fitness & PT for anyone in the Brighton area looking to improve their fitness with supportive and encouraging trainers and friendly mix of members.
Fantastic experience: I've just completed my second 6 week challenge with Brighton PT and I wanted to carry my learnings from the first challenge into this one. Last challenge I lost muscle weight as I went too hard on cutting out food in general so this challenge I deliberately set about living my life as "normal" as possible. Still enjoyed my burgers n beers but worked extra hard on weights and strength training. At the end of the day I enjoyed the physical step up in this challenge- unsure whether this was an intended thing or if I just made it that way, but it certainly was the way that it felt. I still have not got the blend of Protein V Fat correct which I will have to continue to tweak but I'm getting there. End result I still gained muscle and lost fat which is a definite win. I would definitely recommend (and have done) this PT Group to anyone who asks. I enjoy the "slow and steady" approach.
Fantastic experience: I am more focused because I am eating better. I have more energy because I am sleeping better, I am sleeping better because I am moving and training again. I have lost some weight, yes. I have gained some muscle, yes but mostly I have found me again. I found the courage to step out of my comfort zone and learn to swim, I found my love of life again. Fantastic experience: BRIGHTON 6 WEEK CHALLENGE. I decided to do the six week challenge not as a weight loss tool, but more to get into a routine that will keep me fit and healthy for years to come, I have really enjoyed the structure of the challenge, the support from Brighton Group Fitness was great and there was lots of interesting information all the way through, the challenges through the 6 weeks were great fun. I enjoyed the team aspect, as I do love a bit of competition . I have done a few challenges over the years but found this one to be a lot more fun, with a great focus on enjoyment put together with lots of information and facts, and nice people . I am looking forward to continuing on and becoming fitter and stronger. Thanks to all involved. Carol
Fantastic experience: I have been with Brighton Group Fitness and PT (BGF&PT) for over two years and have found their trainers to be friendly, supportive and proactive in helping myself and others with our health. Besides a plethora of options for times and fitness regimes, BGF&PT offers several special programs several times each year, such as their 12-week running program and their very successful 6-week fitness challenge. I did the former last year and the latter early this year, both with great results. At 51, I have never been so fit in my adult life. BGF&PT caters for all fitness needs and for all shapes and sizes. They will meet you on your terms and are not pushy and confronting like some other trainers can be. I highly recommend Brighton Group Fitness and the great, friendly and loyal community they have grown and fostered around them.
